(TRADE NEWSWIRE): The Executive Management of the Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA) led by a Socio-Economic Reformer and Managing Director of the Authority, Hadiza Bala Usman, has met with employees of the Organisation as part of efforts to chart a forward for the development of the Agency, TRADE NEWSWIRE reports.

Organisational Development: is a planned, systematic approach to improving organisational effectiveness,  one that aligns strategy, people and processes. To achieve the desired goals of high performance and competitive advantage.

In a statement obtained by TRADE NEWSWIRE from the General Manager, Corporate & Strategic Communications, NPA, Alhaji  Aliyu  Abdullahi Goje, the development would as well be extended to other ports locations.

The statement reads in part, “The Executive Management of the Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA) led by Hadiza Bala Usman had an interactive session with employees of the Organisation.
